Bronny James Recruiting: Top Programs Reportedly Offered LeBron Jr.

Bronny James, the son of LeBron James, is going to be one of the top college basketball recruits in his class. And at just 13 years old, LeBron Jr. is already showing why he is generating buzz from a number of programs. LeBron has already said that his son has offers from multiple programs, but there are two blue bloods that are in the mix early.
“Yeah, he’s already got some offers from colleges,” James said in a past interview with the Washington Post. “It’s pretty crazy. It should be a violation. You shouldn’t be recruiting 10-year-old kids.”
According to ESPN, the Duke Blue Devils and Kentucky Wildcats have already given Bronny James offers.
The latest development comes following an AAU tournament in Miami. LeBron Jr. had an open path to the hoop and attempted his first in-game dunk, narrowly missing.
LeBron Jr. was also in the headlines earlier this month when reports suggested he has committed to play high school basketball for Sierra Canyon, a private school based in Los Angeles. Many people believed that was a clear indication that LeBron would be heading to the Los Angeles Lakers. If he did commit to Sierra Canyon, Bronny would suit up with kids like Kenyon Martin Jr. and Scottie Pippen Jr. on the court.
Regardless of where Bronny plays high school, though, it’s clear the sky is the limit as he continues to develop as a player and the top college programs in the nation will be paying close attention.
