West Virginia quarterback Will Grier suffered a nasty finger injury on Saturday against the Texas Longhorns.
Late in the first quarter, Grier was running for the endzone when he suffered the injury. Grier fumbled the ball resulting in a touchback, but also leading to the middle finger on his throwing hand being turned at a 90-degree angle.
It was not pretty.
You can take a look at the finger injury below, but be warned, it is gruesome.
Are you ready?

As you may have expected, Grier’s is done for the day.
The Mountaineers currently trail the Longhorns, 14-0.
