Tywan Claxton made his MMA debut on Friday night, fighting at Bellator 186.
Only seconds after his fight was over, people on social media were making him famous. After one of the most incredible flying knees you’ll ever see in the cage, Claxton is already making a name for himself.
He appears to possess a rare combination of quick-strike ability, athleticism, and power.

Claxton’s debut lasted only 89 seconds.
After baiting his opponent into ducking under punches early in the round, Claxton caught him off-guard with a flying knee. Twitter exploded, and the former Ohio State wrestler likely earned himself the first few fans of his career.
There will be some buzz surrounding his next fight given the spectacular way he finished this one.

I'd say I've watched the Tywan Claxton KO from #Bellator186 a good 25 times so far. Expect it to reach to 100 by tonight. That shit was hot.

Despite his fight being one of the little known on the card, it ended up being the talk of the night.
If he can make spectacular finishes a habit, he’ll find himself in demand by the public, which will garner him favor with fight makers.
