Washington DT Vita Vea returning to Huskies in 2017

One of the top players along the Washington defensive front will be returning to the Huskies in 2017.
This weekend, Scott Hanson of The Seattle Times reported second-team All-Pac-12 selection Vita Vea will be returning to Washington for his junior season.
The redshirt sophomore defensive tackle was eligible to enter the 2017 NFL Draft, but ultimately decided to add to his resume.
Vea recorded 39 tackles and five sacks last season.
The 6-foot-5, 332 pounder is one of the most promising interior defensive linemen in college football and was considered a potential second-round pick if he would have declared for the draft this year.
If Vea is able to put together another impressive season on film in 2017, he could very well earn his way into the first-round discussion by the time the 2018 NFL Draft rolls around.
