The Baltimore Ravens got a big player that should be a big piece for their defense going into the future in third-round pick Bronson Kaufusi. However, it looks like he will be out for the year after suffering an injury.
It was reported that the former BYU Cougar had suffered a broken ankle during practice on Thursday. Head coach John Harbaugh spoke with reporters and told them that he assumes Kaufusi would be out for the season.

This could be a huge blow for the Ravens this year as Kaufusi was expected to make a big impact immediately. This does give him the chance to mature as a player and get stronger to come back for the 2017 season.
During his career at BYU, Bronson Kaufusi recorded 169 tackles, 43 for loss, and 26 sacks. He will certainly be a big player for the Ravens into the future.
