Jay Wright gets soaked in Villanova’s celebration

The Villanova Wildcats pulled off a huge upset Saturday night when they beat the Kansas Jayhawks to get to the Final Four for the first time since 2009. After the big win, the team went nuts in the locker room, soaking head coach Jay Wright with water bottles in the process.

The Wildcats are having a terrific season so far and they are looking to get to the national championship game for the first time since 1985, when they won their first and only national championship. To do that, they are going to have to get past the Oklahoma Sooners, who pulled off a dominating upset over the Oregon Ducks Saturday night as well.

This has been a great season for Jay Wright, who is in his 15th year, and the Wildcats. Let’s hope they celebrate even harder if they can pull off the big win next weekend.

The Wildcats and Sooners are scheduled to meet up Saturday, April 2 for a spot in the national championship.
