Video: Vincent Jackson drags toes, gives Bucs lead at half

The New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are locked in a defensive battle at halftime in the Super Dome. It’s been a back-and-forth game all day and it seemed like the Bucs finally got their offense going late in the first half.

Thanks to a defensive pass interference and roughing the passer call, the Bucs were able to keep their offense rolling. Rookie quarterback Jameis Winston has performed much better and he found veteran wide receiver Vincent Jackson in the back of the endzone.

Winston currently has just under 100 yards and a touchdown on the day and no interceptions. Jackson leads the Bucs with 32 yards and a touchdowns. For the Saints, running back Mark Ingram has 30 yards and a touchdown on the ground, while Marques Colston has finally got something going through the air with two catches for 45 yards.

The second half is about to get underway with the Bucs in control 10-7.
