Video: Ball State motivates players for leg day in unique way

The only thing worse than leg day is the day after leg day. But for members of the Ball State Cardinals football team, leg day isn’t always so bad.

Ball State has introduced “Hulk Smash Leg Day” in an effort to bring more fun to the team’s workout. In a video posted to YouTube, the football team explains, “Ball State football always makes its max-out leg day something special for the players. It’s not just about lifting anywhere from 400 to 600 lbs, it’s about making it enjoyable for the players involved.”

The players get to enter the gym through smoke while dressed as superheroes and it is clear that they enjoy their lifting much more than ever before.
